Buick rallyHere is a collection of photographs from a Buick rally in Brisbane a few years ago. Car club members obtain great enjoyment from taking part in these classic car rallies.
Firstly its very exciting when planning for that weekend away and especially if there is a pool or other sports available near the accommodation. Driving in a convoy is always exciting also, with some cars doing a bit of rallying. Buick rally Here’s a front on photo for those wishing to see just exactly what this beast looks like. At a guess it is a 1957 model as the number plate indicates. Now side on photo of this very stylish Buick. You can see the American influence in the shape, with the fins and the rear windows being in a three piece makeup. There will be a smaller rear section photo further down the page.

Buick rally This is a 1922 4 door tourer Model as indicated on the spare wheel cover. You can get a good idea of the look of this one from the front and back shots. There are other photos available also and if you wish to see them, you can use the contact us box.

The black buick probably has a straight 8 engine, as it is similar to a car which used to be at Port Curtis, Rockhampton many years ago. Imagine lifting that head off the block, probably a good training schedule for “Rocky 7”. We do not have any details on the 4 door sedan hardtop.
Buick rally A very nice two door soft top with the spare wheels inserted into the mudguards. A nice touch. On the right we have the rear view of the 57 model, which clearly shows the rear three window configuration. Look at the rear bumper, as solid as.
Buick car club - Queensland branch There are about 130 Queensland members who are involved in monthly runs and rallies in addition to Interstate Rallies. There are also Buick Clubs in other States of Australia, including New South Wales, Western Australia, and Victoria. Car show and Swap meet A big car show and swap meet is planned to be held at the Cleveland showgrounds on the 29th April 2007.
