A little bit of searching will find many Ford Zephyr Zodiac clubs in Australia, New Zealand and England. These classic cars came onto the road in the early fifties and went through to the early seventies. Ford had a pretty good run in the UK with the Mark 2 Zephyr and Zodiac models, and sold a lot of cars.
As with all models of classic cars there are people who specialise today in the ford zephyr and zodiac cars and they provide some remanufactured items along with new old stock bits, when they are available.
Here’s some photos of the four marques of cars.

Watch a Mark 2 Zephyr Ute doing a burnout
The Zephyr ute is at Santapod Raceway and
it sounds very good.
They call it a Zodiac Pick up truck and its racing against a Mk2 Escort.

A nice Video of the 2006 Mk2 Zephyr Show
A nice collection of Mark 2 Zephyr's including convertibles, sedans and wagons.
This is a really nice video of some nice cars. They are depicted in many different locations and also while in convoy along the road and through villages.
The club people are shown doing what they normally do on a club get together. Playing guitars, sleeping in tents, and even in the front of a Mark 2.
Don't forget to turn your sound up for this one as they have some nice Rock and Roll music to accompany the Zephyr activities.
Would you like to add a page of your own to this site.
You can talk about your Z car, or cars that you had when you were young.
I have used interior trimming in the heading below, but you can talk about engine mods, if you race your zephyr, runs and shows you have attended, in other words anything that turns you on about your Z Car.
It is also good to add a nice photo of your pride and joy and your name as author. Your friends will recognize you then. It is FREE.
For the title you could put in "Noddy's Mk 1 Zephyr Convertible" (he had it at Cobram)(with the shifter stuck under the floor) and then add in the story. Or it could be "Dave's Mk 3 Zodiac" (which was also at Cobram)(and unfortunately received a dent in the mudguard) and then the body copy, all about the car.
Adding a nice photo of your car will greatly enhance your page. Whatever your car is and no matter what your story is, it is always very interesting for other Z Car lovers to see the photo and read your story.
So get a photo ready, write out a story and add in your details in the boxes below. Don't worry about the size of the photo as I can resize it if necessary.
Please send in your 2Bob's worth about interior retrimming of your Z car.
Maybe you have had a job done - how good is it - are you over the moon - and Why! -
Maybe it is not up to scratch - Why? - What other things did you expect? - Why!
Or is there something that you still want to do and want some help or further info? Send in your question with a photo of your car.
Send me a photo of your original seats - door trims - hood lining etc.
We can smoke the peace pipe!

New Zealand Ford Zephyr Clubs
Auckland Consul Zephyr Zodiac Car Club (Inc.)
P. O. Box 104-059 Lincoln North
Henderson.
Like most clubs the Auckland club people appear to be busy conducting club runs and all the other things which clubs do.
One thing noticed lately is that a certain Graham (MR P.) Parsons has been selling Real Estate from a Mark 3 Zodiac Sedan. Certainly a great way to go Graham. Also this came about because of the failure of his brand X car.
The Auckland club website is not readily accessible.

Mark 1 2 and 3 Zephyr/Zodiac overdrive kick down switch
Here's a photo of one of these switches that Geoff has for sale.
Heres a nice looking Mark 1 Zephyr drag car. How would it look on a Zephyr car club rally.
There would certainly be a few interested onlookers no doubt?

More clubs and their details will be added later on.

The Autocar 6th February 1959
Here is an early model (humpy dash) mark 2 Zodiac Convertible.
Notice the rear vision mirror on the dash and the tiny wing mirrors. The magazine seems to be saying that one should take the convertible on holidays from Britain to the Continent, including Italy.
A passport to pleasure to be sure.

The Cliff Richard Mk 2 Zephyr
The story goes that when Cliff toured New Zealand or landed in Auckland, he was driven about in this Mk 2 Zephyr. His signature (autograph) is on the glovebox somewhere.
Anyhow the car has survived the ravages of time and when photographed at the Auckland convention at Rotorua it was looking very nice indeed. Photo below for you.
This type of car certainly maintains interest in the Ford Zephyr clubs.
--------------------------------------
Here's a couple more photographs at Rotorua. I think it is Garth Purvis from Mackay, Queensland on the left and then Mr (P) Graham Parsons and hiding behind him is Grant Anderson.
Graham's cute red Mk1 Convertible is looking very nice once again.
On the right is a green mk1 convertible.
--------------------------------------
Some more photos of Mr "P", Lyn and the convertible/s
Here is Mr P and Lyn posing in front of the red convertible. It seems that they have had plenty of practice. Notice how Graham has his Jeans and his T-Shirt sleeves rolled up.
Rock and Roll era here no doubt!
Graham also has a back up car, just in case the cute one ever stops. I gather that he doesn't mind doing a bit of peddling.
